A Post From My Heart

As a photographer I don't want to take photos and have shoots.

I want to capture memories and moments that you can cherish forever.
I want to be there the moment you say YES and the moment you say I DO.
I want to capture the moment you meet your daughter for the first time, and the moment you give her away.

The raw emotion in a laugh between best friends and soon to be partners for life,
That frizzy hair she will grow out of and the ears he will grow into,
The last days with a furry family member,
The feelings that come back and the sparks that ignite when you go back to where you met,
That sparkle in your eye when you talk about your future together, your unborn baby, and
The pride you feel as your son starts his senior year,
Those feelings, moments, memories,
Are why I do what I do.

I want to create beauty in the everyday and capture the beauty of the "one and only" days.
I want to work with awesome people and deliver to them moments that otherwise would not last a lifetime. 
I want to have FUN and show you that photography can be fun for you too.
I want to not only work with you but CAPTURE YOU.
Because life is too dang short for boring photography or crappy ice cream.
And just because you are here today doesn't mean that you will be tomorrow. 
And no. Don't wait until you loose those five pounds, or that double chin. 
YOU ARE GORGEOUS. BE YOU. OWN YOU.
