The Re-Branding of TEM Photography -- An Explanation

Baby it's cold outside! But you know what that means, CLASS OF 2016 senior sessions are right around the corner *hint hint*! Okay, so maybe not right around the corner -- realistically four to five months probably -- but it is coming! Spring always brings amazing things: new life, new opportunities, senior sessions, warmth... 

2015 will also bring new life for TEM Photography. We are undergoing a serious renovation to not only some core values but also all of our documents, website, web address, and brand. We will still be providing the same range of sessions (wedding, engagement, newborn, boudoir, senior, etc.) but we really want to focus on the theme that all of these sessions have in common: LOVE. *wait, wha?* Now, this doesn't mean I'm turning into some hippy-dippity-do-da photographer -- because I'm not. *Whew* What I want you to take from this is a focus. We are creating a brand and company with a laser focus on capturing the  LOVE that is naturally in all of our sessions.

But, but, but, why?? Bluntly: we are sick and tired of being just another photography company. We want to create something different, something exciting, something Pinterest worthy, something you haven't seen a bazillion times, something that truly reflects US and YOU. 2014 was an amazing year, we met more new couples, families, and individuals than ever before and  created what our hearts craved and our minds envisioned and we don't want that to stop. We listened to you (our fan-freaking-tastic clients) and we know that you value love and understand the importance of not only capturing memories and moments but also existing in photographs (chronically behind the camera mama's that's a special shout out just for you!). We want to capture that LOVE for you. We will still focus on having fun and exploring the path less taken and promise to stay away from the "sit there and smile" sessions from the past -- in fact we will focus on this more than ever before.

To be honest: this is for YOU and also for US. You see, I personally got a taste of my dreams this year and when this happens I'm the type of person who digs in their heels, organizes a brand, stays up late dreaming of sessions to create and ways to show myself and every single person that has ever said this couldn't be done that it CAN. I will work my butt off to make this happen for myself, my family, and my clients because we ALL deserve a better way to capture and create memories.

SO! Whether your memories, moments, wedding, engagement, senior, boudoir, family or "just because" LOVE needs to be captured TEM Photography is here for you.
