Mini Wedding FAQ's
Can we choose different vendors or themes?Generally we're all for customizations, but these celebrations shine specifically because we do all the leg work for you! You will have some say in your bouquet after a short design consult with Beezie's Blooms, but the rest of the space will be all ready for you when you get there. We promise you'll have the best vendor team and curated event possible. Promise.
The one exception to this rule would be an officiant. You can opt to BYO officiant if you have a special church leader, brother, or best friend who wants to help you tie the knot instead (though Jeff is truly fantastic at making ceremonies unique). What about COVID?We consider these extremely COVID conscious celebrations. Between the ample space in The Regency, the limited guest amounts, and our vendors professionalism, we're confident you'll feel safe in our space. Any other vendors we'll need?We have a list of recommendations for hair and makeup, bridal gowns/rentals, and suit rentals! Just ask!

What does a mini wedding timeline look like?Every couple receives a two hour time slot to start their marriage off with a celebration!
A sample timeline may look like: 20-25 minute ceremony 45-60 minute reception with champagne and desserts 10 minutes for some traditional family portraits 20-30 minute couple’s shoot around The Regency/downtown St. Cloud area What if we want more time?You'd be surprised how much celebrating you can do in two hours when you show up to a space that's totally prepared for you! That being said, the first couple of the day has the option of getting ready (hair, makeup, etc) at The Regency Venue and capturing traditional getting ready photos in the bridal suite if they wish!
Alternatively couples can opt to add an additional detail mini photo session the day before as well. Perfect if you love the look of flatlay detail photos, or those stunning hanging dress shots! These sessions aren't portraits but gallery beautifying shots of your borrowed, blue, old, and new to adorn your celebration gallery the next day. |
